Work Status : Part-time

We are searching for a competent and reliable Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

THE JOB :
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents , floor drains ,cleaning etc)
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Follow all health and safety regulations
Monitoring and ensuring plant health
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Well-developed communication skills, as a general cleaner is required to possess the ability to accept, understand, and follow instructions
Eye for details and passion for cleaning.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
