Essential Responsibilities
Job description
Manages design projects, photo shoots, and digital assets for MINAZ brand in general, from conception to the final stage. Conceptualizing design projects, coordinating with creative teams and working on its execution for various marketing channels including social media, to further the outreach goals of MINAZ. Lead the graphic design team and work alongside other Marketing members in a team-oriented environment to maintain a strong presence in MINAZ’s digital platforms. Performs other duties, as assigned.
Brand development / marketing
- Ensure Minaz’s media socials platform have been updated accordingly based on schedule
- Working together with marketing team to set up all visual merchandising and promotional displays for seasonal change, promotional programs and ad-hoc events
- Develop and design graphics and layouts for company products, programs and activities
- Discuss with marketing on the artwork requirement and time line.
- To assist in marketing team in creative campaigns designs that drive’s the company’s and brands image.
- Discuss with the manager/marketing team on strategies to reach a particular audience
- Skill / self-development
- Able to translate ideas at retail level in creative & artistic ways
- Ensure the artwork developed or designed fulfills quality standards and meet the expectations
- Design or create graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging and advertising materials, display, brochures, logos, banners, flash media, catalog, posters and leaflets.
- Contributing ideas and design artwork. Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Reviews design for errors before printing or publishing them
- Preparing rough drafts of materials for packaging/printing mock up based on agreed briefing
- Managing proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
- Testing products or packaging for errors and making amendments
- Meeting with the manager to determine the scope of project
- Create images that identify or convey a messages
- Must meet the proposed deadline by superior
Third party engagement
- Liaising with the printing/suppliers to determine their requirement and meet the budget
- Liaising and ensure the external printer/supplier met the deadlines material printed produced with the highest quality
Report
- Present the design to the manager for approval
- Prepare the printing and publishing for every printing cost and expenses report to the Supervisor
- Prepare and present the artwork develop report monthly to the Supervisor.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance, Internship
Salary: RM1,800.00 per month
