What’s the role?

As the Growth Manager you will lead NALA’s customer acquisition strategy (both Artists and Art Lovers). You’ll need to hit our acquisition targets within our target CAC and budget while creating innovative strategies to sign up users both through real world partnerships and digital marketing.

In this role you may:

• Forge and manage long term partnerships with global art fairs including: Affordable Art Fair, Scope, Art Basel
• Plan and execute paid search and paid social marketing campaigns, including suggesting creative concepts, working with content team to set up a production schedule, and tracking success of paid campaigns
• Work with our analytics team to improve our attribution model and make suggestions on where to spend based on it
• Design and implement methodical testing strategies that will provide the team with learnings around different creatives, targeting, tactics, and channels
• Ensure we are hitting our acquisition & growth numbers month over month
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to help increase ROI and subscriber rates and decrease CAC

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience building an attribution model and user acquisition strategy
• A blend of analytical and creative thinking, and ability to communicate around both. Experience working with both technical and creative teams.
• Sales and marketing experience, ideally in the art or media worlds
• Self-starter with strong project management, prioritization skills, and hands-on execution ability
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
• A social media savant
• Education: a combination of business and art education. Ideally, a University or College degree in Fine Art or Art History combined with Business & Marketing.

Salary: From $52,600.00 per year
