HR Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, which include recruitment, compensation and benefits, discipline, foreign workers management, training and development, industrial relation, and other HR matters.
2. Take charge for the Training Purposes, Planning, Training Need Analysis, Summary and as well as claim to the HRDF Grant.
3. Up to date all the document related to the ISO revision and makes sure all the documentation is complied.
4. In-charge all admin & office matters.
5. Responsible for whole recruitment process including job posting, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance and etc.
6. Responsible in develop and maintain HR policy and procedure.
7. Liaise with relevant authorities, including Jabatan Tenaga Kerja, Jabatan Imigresen as and when required.
8. Responsible in training, development and engagement of employees.
9. Hearing and resolving employee grievances, counselling employees and supervisors.
10. Prepare and maintain HR monthly reports for the management.
11. Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. e.g. work permit renewal, Fomema, insurance etc.
12. Keep the HR Manager informed on all issues, decisions and any pertinent communication with any external party or within the plant.
13. Obtain the Manager’s approval before issuing directives or memorandums on any issues.
14. Attend and prepare employees socso matters and file reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
15. Other ad-hoc task given by the management.
Qualification – Primary/Secondary School/Diploma
Years of Experience – 1 year / fresh grad also welcome
Job Type – Part-Time (3 months contract)
Expected salary – RM1,500-RM 1,800
