AMALAYSIA SDN BHD is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
Inbound Call Centre: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
To provide prompt personalized service to call-in enquiries and feedback from customers.
· To deliver accurate information and efficient service in answering request, providing information and resolving issues on services for customers.
· To ensure completion of coordination of each case.
· To listen and understand customer requests and questions
Experiences and skills required:
Entry level applicants with positive attitude will be considered as training will be provided.
Minimum 1 year experience in call centre operations, customer service, travel agency or hotel reservations. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
· SPM/SPVM/SKM/Diploma/Degree.
· Computer literate with the ability to quickly adapt to CRM system.
· Good spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must. Ability to speak other local language is an added advantage
· Excellent telephone communication skill.
· Outstanding customer service skills, highly customer focused, with a desire to resolve each customers issue.
· Must love to help people, a team player, pleasant personality and positive working attitude.
· Willing to work a flexible schedule, rotational shifts (Female morning shift)
