This is a midlevel remote-based role. The role involves working with recruitment coordinator, candidates and recruitment manager. If you are an energetic, pro-active adn looking for challenges then you are the one we are looking for. You would be working for an international recruitment firm based in Dubai.
Interviewer: Duties and Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Studying requirements of a job.
Preparing interview questionnaire.
Interviewing candidates through MS Teams / Zoom.
Coordinate with Recruitment coordinators / Recruitment managers.
Update Evaluation sheets.
Correspond in emails / WhatsApp with the stakeholders
Sending status reports regularly to MD.
Required Qualification / Skills / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
Fluent in English a must.
Be smart, accurate and pro-active.
Be perfect on timing.
Communicate flawlessly with all the individuals.
Prior remote work experience.
Proficient in LinkedIn.
Must be able to contribute 20 hours a week.
