Inventory Supervisor Job Description» Employment Opportunity in Ripcol Industries Sdn Bhd , Ipoh, Malaysia
- Job Responsibilities
1. Controlling and monitoring day to day of warehouse activities and issues.
2. Update daily inventory warehouse records, stock and incoming raw material.
3. Perform regular quantity checking on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.
4. Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
5. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product according to the specifications.
6. Recommend improvements for the inventory process to ensure good warehouse control.
7. Coordinate with the warehouse team about inventory control system in order to improve efficiency.
8. Ensure proper housekeeping with good stock arrangement and neat labelling within the warehouse.
9. Attend to warehouse related issues as a whole in a timely manner.
10. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or any relevant field of study.
2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field required for this position.
3. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge and skills in AutoCount stock control software is preferred.
5. Strong understanding in inventory control standards.
6. Preferably specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
