Full Job Description
Basic salary: Up to $3k
Working hours Mon to Thurs 9am to 6:30pm/ Fri 9am to 6pm
Working location: Ubi Avenue Singapore

IT Support Engineer Job description
– Provide IT support to customer
– Maintain, Manage and Monitor the cloud infrastructure
– Maintain, Manage and Monitor backup and recovery solution
– Implement router, switches, wireless, and firewall
– Implement security best practices on the cloud infrastructure
– Troubleshoots infrastructure problems on cloud and incidents and takes appropriate corrective action where possible
– Excellent organizational skills
– A logical approach to problem-solving
– Take ownership of all the calls assigned by the reporting supervisor until the case is closed
– Capability to work independently and as part of a team
– Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor/manager
– Be willing to support 24/7
Requirement
– A minimum of diploma holder in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
– At Least 1 to 2 years experience
– We welcome fresh grad
