Full Job Description
Handling Import, Export and Transit sea & air shipments.
Responsible for track and trace of shipments until it reaches final destination.
Prepare Import/Export documentation according to customs regulation, laws and procedures.
Coordinate with vendors (90% of them in Italy), customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Follow up the status of the shipment to operations in order to update customer.
Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, processing mail.
Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports directly to the management.
Required skills:
Excellent Italian and English written and verbal communication skills.
Experience and knowledge in the logistics and forwarding industry.
Knowledge about UAE Customs and, preferably, GCC customs.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good time management skills.
Good skills with the Office software package.
Language:
- Italian (Required)
