Hello! Sevencups is a specialty coffee bar (started in 2013) borne out of love for good coffee, paired with artisanal desserts and sandwiches to be enjoyed in a relaxing haven. We are currently located in 2 neighbourhoods – Damansara Perdana (Menara Gamuda) and Cheras (Sunway Velocity Mall).We are looking to hire in both outlets.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/”O”
- LevelRequired language(s): English (knowing other languages will be an added advantage)
- Able to work 6 days a week (full time, minimum 6 months and above commitment), must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays. For part time 2-3 days a week, minimum 6 months and above also available
- Willing to transfer among outlets for training purpose
- Must be punctual, maintain a good attendance record and able to work under own initiative without supervision
- Pleasant personality with service orientated attitude
- Possess good verbal communication skills
- A team player and willing to work the extra mile to achieve outlet targets responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers (including operating cashier and dealing with customer questions and complaints)
- Make and serve coffee, sandwiches and desserts.Maintain cleanliness of outlet and workstations, and upkeep of fixtures and equipment
- Fullfil any other duties assigned by the supervisor
