Kitchen Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Working hours : 8am to 6pm ( break 1 hour)
- Handle food processing and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
- Handle cutting and packaging of processed the salmon
- Maintain and upkeep kitchen equipment
- Handle cleaning of production line, storage area and kitchen
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines.
- Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly and adhered to
- Update stock and arrange stock accordingly.
- To fulfill any other task assigned by management
- Welcome foreigners
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: RM7.00 – RM8.00 per hour
