Full Job Description
Deploy to Frank Porter properties to undertake essential maintenance works, upgrades and fixes on a daily basis in a timely manner and at precise timings
· Carry out the above tasks to the highest standards of craftmanship at all times
· Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
· Plans repair work using buildings plans as needed and approved
· Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
· Assists with general upkeep of the properties
· Performs other related duties as assigned
Maintenance Technician: Job Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: AED4,000.00 – AED4,100.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
Requirements
· Solid understanding of MEP and HVAC (any qualifications are advantageous)
· 3 years prior experience in a Maintenance Technician role
· Good working knowledge and previous experience of civil and handyman work
· Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers
· Knowledge of general repair
· Ability to use hand tools and power tools
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· Good command of English, written and oral
License
LMV Manual Driving License
