The position is responsible for driving sales channel at regional level, partnership with the Bank partner. The individual is also responsible to grow the existing Banca relationship with Bank partner. This will include but not limited to in managing internal stakeholders on various strategies and BAU matters. Provide support to all segments in the branches for Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking and Commercial Banking to achieve yearly target for Banca & MRTA/MRTT. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To achieve yearly target for Banca & MRTA/MRTT.
To service and support Business Partner (UOB) based on designated branches by providing product training, joint field work, events and sharing sessions.
To promote key KPI ie active ratio, productivity and average case to meeting overall company target.
To promote healthy product mix by focusing on protection-based products.
To collaborate and engaged with UOB Business partners to meeting overall company objective ie to meet parasol target.
To support on penders management
To support all segments in the branches as Personal Financial Services, Mortgage, Business Banking and Commercial Banking.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree with successful track records
Prior Bancassurance experience of proven track record in life insurance sales management would be preferred
Experience:
Minimum5 yearsrelated experience in similar capacity.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of insurance, banking and other financial products.
Sales and achievement-oriented with positive mindset and a good team-player.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with multi-lingual ability
Passionate about supporting and coaching role.
