POSITION SUMMARY: Marketing Assistant
The role is mainly responsible for assisting the Channel Marketing function for daily tasks, given the temporary shortage of manpower. May need to support the function for other requested duties or jobs.This individual will be required to aid the marketing function in all facets of marketing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Mainly assist Channel Marketing Manager to respond to daily customer inquiries, follow up with sales team to ensure timely responses, file complaints to QA, keep track of complaints, process donation requests and assisting in market research.
- Executes and completes label revamp project on schedule.
- May support the Marketing function for other requested duties or jobs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Proficiency in reading, typing and speaking English & Chinese (traditional/simplified).
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Candidate must be able to deal with problems involving few concreted variables in standardized situations.

Marketing Assistant: Job Requirements
- Manage daily operations of the theater complex (Including: labor cost, cost of sales, revenue control, speed of service, Guest satisfaction, equipment & procedure training, safety of Guests & Cast, and film & product quality)
- Assist with the execution of operational policies and procedures. Ensure that internal controls within the complex are in place, routinely evaluated, and followed
- Assist with the selection, training & development, and employment experience of the Cast
- Assist with the administration and operation of all pertinent systems (POS, audit documentation, training programs & projection)
- Communicate on an ongoing basis with the management team, including the General Manager, by attending all schedule meetings and by use of the communication tools provided
- Communicate and respond to outside resources including Emergency Service personnel, Cinema Support Centre personnel, Operational leaders, Suppliers, Contractors, and Community Groups to identify and resolve daily operational issues or concerns, as needed
- Keep abreast of industry and facility related information to ensure current and up-to-date operations of the complex
Minimum Qualifications Requirements : Marketing Assistant
- QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the Marketing Assistant must be able to read, speak, write and type Chinese and English. This person must be a fast learner, detail oriented and well organized. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEThis position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
