Gravity Hop Trampoline Park is actively seeking to hire an experienced Manager to help lead our team in Coimbatore. This is an exciting position responsible for ensuring all elements of the park such as safety, team member training, guest experience, logistics and overall marketing of our park.

Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, you are an important leader in our park team. You will enjoy coordinating with other members of our team. You will fully understand and embody the Company’s Core Values: Make it Fun, Keep it Safe, Be Healthy, Do Good. You will teach and personally envelop what it means to deliver “WoW” to our customers. Your ability to make sound decisions and tackle guest experience challenges is key to success. Wearing many hats is a part of this dynamic position & your charges will be:

Marketing

You will also be responsible for overall marketing for Gravity Hop.

• Bring in a great experience for incorporating the best strategic planning for the park
• Work with the corporates, sell and run corporate team building activity in our park
• Work with the schools, sell and run field visit in our park
• Innovate and think on having the best campaigns to bring in people who are looking to run birthday parties.
• Think through the possible opportunities for marketing in social media to pull in the general public.
• Familiarity with website editing and social media skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Masters Degree (MBA) with minimum 4 to 5 years of experience
• Proven ability to motivate a team and drive culture to create results
• Entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, trustworthy demeanor
• Calm, confident, hold self to a high standard, excellent mentor to employees
• Ability to solve problems under pressure while maintaining a fun, friendly environment
• Previous management experience with new-to-the-workforce, part-time staff
• Previous experience in the entertainment industry is preferred
• Experience with team scheduling
• Ability to work weekends
• Previous cash handling experience

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
