Medical Typist: Work Requirements

• • To Transcribe the discharge summaries dictated.
  • Ensuring quality of output with marginal or zero errors.
  • Ensuring the documents is submitted on time to the consultant for signatures.
  • To coordinate with Nursing team id dictation required help in interpretation.
  • To do the discharge Summary typing before the patient discharges.
  • If the hand written summary Recieved, type and send for consultants signature.
  • To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organisation.
