Merchandiser: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Regular store visits for inventory check and replenish stocks.
Ensure all products, information and promotional details are displayed correctly according to guidelines and promotion activation.
Giving training and guidance to promoters on product information and promotional activities.
Build good working relationships with store managers, responding to their request and feedbacks.
Communicate effectively with key personnel on ordering and replenishments of stocks and other operational issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by respective superior.
Requirement:
At least 1 year experience as merchandiser/retail sales, applicants with experience in FMCG industry will have an added advantage.
Candidate must posses SPM / “O” Level / Higher Secondary / STPM / Diploma and above.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and local languages to communicate with customers.
Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible and willing to continuously learning by experience.
Posses good command and public relation skills and team player.
Pleasant personality, energetic, hardworking, independent, self-motivation and self-discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
