Russell Hendrix is looking to find a part-time Merchandiser for our operations team in our Saskatoon branch, supporting both the showroom and stock operations. This position is ideal for an individual who is adaptable, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize according to business needs. This is a part-time individual with the successful candidate able to work up to 16 hours per week within the showroom hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Receive products into the warehouse ensure that the product is correct and in good order.
• Matching product received to packing slips, placing the product in the proper location.
• Get product to customer from inventory when required as top priority.
• Pick, pack, weigh, and label outgoing orders ensuring they are securely packed and labeled properly.
• Check inventory to make sure requested product is available.
• Review orders for accuracy and completion.
• Keep showroom, warehouse and front counter clear from clutter.
• Count inventory as necessary.
• Assist Showroom with stocking.
• Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures.
• Support cycle counting activities in warehouse and showroom.
• Support warehouse when/as needed with various activities.
• Contribute to a healthy and safe workplace.
• Other tasks, as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• You are tech savvy and proficient with common programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• You are highly collaborative and team oriented.
• You have a passion to learn and contribute.
• You are capable of lifting up to 30 pounds.
