Office Assistant: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Job Description
- To handle all incoming and outgoing calls promptly and courteously.
- To attend to visitors/guests/clients professionally.
- To manage daily postal and courier service delivery, mail sorting and distribution.
- To professionally manage the reception/front office area.
- To handle any other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years’ experience in administrative work.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English is a must).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Pleasant personality and presentable appearance.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,000.00 per month
