Essential Responsibilities
Job description
1. Responsible for office cleanliness, including of vacuuming, cleaning and wiping down all office area furniture, staff workplace, pantry, washrooms, and etc.
2. Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of office environment and surrounding.
3. Maintain the cleanliness of equipment.
4. Upkeep of pantry and common dining area especially after staff meals.
5. Ad hoc cleaning of other areas as and when requested.
6. Maintain and upkeep the office plants.
7. Perform daily sanitizing.
8. Disposal of waste bins and rubbish on daily basis.
9. Responsible for office grocery orders and recycling works.
10. Report of any malfunctioning equipment or items in office areas.
11. Tea lady duties which include for meetings attendees and higher management and serving and clearing up after meals for higher management and any office gatherings that includes refreshments.
