Full Job Description
Northern Livestock Sales Lloydminster currently has a part-time/full-time career opportunity for an Office Clerk at its Lloydminster marketing center.
As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for:
· Performing office clerical responsibilities in compiling producer settlements for livestock sales;
· Preparing invoices for livestock buyers for livestock purchases;
· Clerking cattle sales
· Putting accurate postage on outgoing mail; and
· Other duties as required.
This position is based on 3-5 days a week.
The successful candidate will have Grade 12, or the equivalent, supplemented by office clerical experience. Other requirements include: knowledge of regular office procedures; ability to meet and deal with the public in a courteous manner; ability to learn and operate a computer terminal and capable of neat and accurate work. Data entry experience is considered an asset. Basic cattle knowledge is required.
