CIEF worldwide Sdn. Bhd. is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
Operation Administration: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
The operations administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the company. They will be in charge of ensuring that all departments are running smoothly and efficiently. They will also be responsible for handling any customer inquiries or complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily basic bookkeeping.
- To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification and follow up.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Assist in customer order processing, documentation and delivery clerical and administration support to platform.
- Coordinate with supplier/logistic partners and to ensure the online orders are smooth and deliveries are on time.
- Follow up with client’s for outstanding payment & dispute if any.
- Follow up with supplier’s for quotation, dispute and goods delivery.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
- Should be able to handle the office daily activities independently
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an operations administrator or similar role
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent time management skills
-Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: From RM15.00 per hour
