Job Purpose:
Operation Executive is in charge to ensure the operation efficiency and maximize the profit for the company operation. He/ She will use the available data to review efficiency of the operation and provide constructive idea for improvement purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data maintenance and execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data for management.
- Manage and track product costing and profit margin within company target.
- Provide sales operational support to sales team and assist in day-to day coordination.
- Assist in preparation of management and operational report in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basic.
- Improve processes, policies and procedure, monitor and audit compliances.
- Troubleshoot and handle all issues that arise.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required by the management.
Requirement:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Possess 3 years of relevant working experience especially in handling reporting tasks
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage
- Good understanding of system knowledge
- Committed to working efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and logical thinking
- Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm / Saturday 9am – 1pm
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
