Operational management: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Directly manage a team that is in charge of creating a workflow and a procedure system.The process can include documents, information or tasks that move through the process according to a set of procedural rules in the organizationPossess strong communication abilities and a thorough knowledge of both internal and external services. Work together with the operations team and the staff to increase business efficiency.
Job requirements
- Supervise a team on developing a workflow and system of procedure.Provide ideas about the creation and implementation of new features within the organization.
- Provide both internal and external training to key employees on the launch of new logistics features as applicable
- Contributes towards the achievement of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as CS (Customer Service), payments, and business development teams on key projects and logistic
- Able to interact with operations personnel effectively. communicating the realities, giving meaningful and constructive comments, and paying attention to empowered members of the team.

- Ability to learn quickly
- good analytical, statistical skills to study trends and make projections

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years and above of experience in Logistic/ delivery/ transportation field / supply chain management
- Possess relevant logistic delivery operation background
- Diploma/degree or any equivalent in the field of logistic in supply chain Management

Salary: From RM15.00 per hour
