Operations Assistant: Work Requirements
We are searching for an organized self-starter to be our new operations assistant. The candidate’s responsibilities include reporting directly to the manager and fulfilling the Manager’s duties in their absence. The person should also be well-versed in internal operations and distribute mail as required, prepare and file relevant documents.
- Acting as second-in-command to the manager, and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Have to 12th passed or above.
- Graduate degree or equivalent (Bsc, BBA, Bca, Bcs, Bcom or engineer)
- Freshers applicable, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: ₹12,560.00 – ₹19,750.00 per month
