Essential Responsibilities
Available Position Description: Visionary is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate the planning and execution of department responsibilities with managers and all teams. Priority VS non urgent items in mind, to do tracking using click up (project management tracking software) and Salesforce (Task Manager) with department managers and summarizing essential Member action items, team projects, and to dos for senior management including setting expectations on resources needed for hiring in accordance to the company monthly/quarterly business plan/org chart, tracking and completing process manual improvements, metrics tracking/analysis reporting to senior management, and having multi function in sales, management of corporate accounts, and IR/network relations.
Practical Hiring Process & Compensation: Onboarding process with senior manager, part time role merging into full time variable after a 45 – 60 day trial period, then weekly base compensation and expected competitive market salary increase based on milestones achieved and if there is a mutual interest extend the agreement.
Virtual Corporation & Primary Locations: Visionary’s team is decentralized worldwide, with team members situated in primary cities including: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Toronto, and international in Dubai,England, etc.,
Start-Date/Application/Hiring Process: Immediate start date for the right candidate. Visionary will respond with more information about the company, and pre-interview questions. Once responses to the questions are received Visionary will coordinate an online or in person interview. An NDA is executive and the candidate is provided access to training materials and Visionary’s arranged meeting system. The candidate is invited to experience a working session with the Visionary team and to make team connections. Upon mutual desire to proceed, a consulting agreement is prepared by Visionary to formalize projects during a 1st month of collaboration.
