Operator Kilang: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Syarikat kami mencari pekerja sebagai Operator Pengeluaran. Kami merupakan pembuat Capacitor lokal tunggal di Malaysia. Seiring dengan kemajuan syarikat, kami ingin mencari banyak operator untuk mengisi kekosongan di kilang kami.
Tugasan adalah seperti berikut:
1. Menjalankan kerja-kerja pengeluaran mengikut mengikut tugas yang ditetapkan.
2. Melaksanakan pemantauan berterusan terhadap produk atau proses untuk memastikan kualiti produk yang dihasilkan
3. Mencapai sasaran pengeluaran yang ditetapkan
4. Memastikan tiada pembaziran barang atau kerosakan
5. Menjalankan tugas-tugas lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan
Antara faedah yang diberikan:
+ OT sentiasa ada
+ Elaun Kedatangan
+ Makan tengah hari disediakan (Percuma)
+ Kenaikan gaji setiap tahun
+ Bonus dua kali setahun (jika layak)
+ Insurans berkelompok
+ Uniform disediakan
