- Constantly seek new approach to reach different customer groups.
- Provide good customer service during pre-sales and post-sales.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer/business relationships throughout the job.
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments and by understanding customer needs.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards.
- Support management to maintain company profitability.
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary.
- Submit daily sales report through the company sales applications.
- Keeping records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance.
- Monitoring shelves stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store.
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage.
- Addressing customers’ requests, comments, and complaints.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Any field
- Preferred language – English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Able to re-locate among outlets
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Pleasant personality, positive and high integrity.
