TELATIN MEWAH SDN BHD is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.

Pembantu Khidmat: Job Requirements

Essential Responsibilities

Tugas :

1) Memberi penjelasan dan penerangan kepada pelanggan berkaitan urusan pengambilan lesen memandu seperti lesen B,B2,D/DA,E serta Vokasional di institut.

2) Melakukan proses pendaftaran untuk pelanggan berkaitan urusan pengambilan lesen.

3) Melakukan tempahan kelas latihan KPP02 dan KPP03 bagi calon yang telah mendaftar di institut.

4) Melakukan tempahan untuk calon bagi Ujian Kelayakan (QTI) dan Ujian JPJ.

5) Mengurus pertanyaan melalui panggilan telefon kepada pelanggan.

6) Menjalankan tugas-tugas tambahan lain yang diarahkan oleh ketua dari masa ke semasa.

Kriteria dan Kelayakan :

1) Kemasukan segera.

2) Berumur 18 tahun hingga 35 tahun.

3) Minimum – SPM.

4) Mempunyai pengalaman/Tanpa pengalaman.

5) Boleh menerima arahan ketua dengan baik.

6) Berdisiplin serta berkomitmen tinggi dengan tugas.

7) Boleh bekerja pada hari minggu (Sabtu&Ahad)

8) Sihat tubuh badan

9) Mempunyai lesen memandu (B2/D) adalah kelebihan

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month
