• Assist the manager in completing his tasks which includes powerpoint, designing simple graphics, and documentations.
• Issue invoice, purchase order, delivery order, payment voucher, and other commercial documents and bookkeeping.
• Social Media management, and answering customer’s enquiries through email, whatsapp and other communication platform.
• Fresh Graduate / Student are welcome.

Required Skills

• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office which includes Powerpoint, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge in writing professional documents, and emails.
• Knowledge in commercial and bookkeeping workflow.
• Knowledge in using simple graphic design tools such as Canva.
• Knowledge in using social media.
• Professional, responsible and independent personnel.
