Starting salary of 800aed per student (ussually two to three hours per week, one hour per session)
Private Home Teacher: Job Requirements
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Salary: AED800.00 – AED1,000.00 per month
Essential Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
Private Home Teacher with own visa, UAE license and own car.
– with Education Degree
– with or without experience in the UAE
– covers all Curriculum
These are the job timings.
Schedule of Tutoring will be between:
Monday 1pm to 8pm
Friday 1pm to 8pm
Saturday 10am to 6pm
Day off is Sunday but it may be adjusted depending on schedule and/or teacher’s preference.
– to teach one or maximum 2 children per hour in different locations around Dubai and Sharjah
Subjects to Teach:
English, Phonics, Science, Maths
Students’ class schedule would be at least 2 to 3 times a week per subject.
Mostly Primary students but we may have a few high school students depending on the teacher’s capability to teach.
PLANNING – Weekly planning will be done collaboratively with us. Track children’s learning and activities using a google sheet. It will only be in form of a list.
Eg.
Week 3, Day 1
– Identifying verbs
– Making a list of verbs.
– Finding verbs in sentences/paragraphs.
– Using verbs in sentences
STUDENTS ASSESSMENT – write assessment and observation after each class, short general comments (e.g Achieved- He can identify verbs. Target – use exciting verbs in simple sentences.)
RESOURCES needed per class will be procured/prepared by the teacher.
PARENT TEACHER MEETING- when required by the parents, a 10-minute meeting can be set but not during the class, within the teachers’ working hours
STUDENTS’ SAFETY
Students’ safety is our utmost priority. No child should be left alone during each tuition time.
Salary Increment based on performance
There will be PDs/Training depending on the teacher’s needs
