Procurement Executive: Job Requirements

• To source the required materials, equipment and services as needed at the most economical and favorable terms at the right price, quality, quantity, source and timely delivery.
• Deal with suppliers on any quality issues, products replacement, products sample request, pricing and etc.
• To initial the purchase enquiry, carry out vendor evaluation, price comparison, negotiation and recommend order in accordance with company policies
• To generate PO to the awarded suppliers and submit for approval.
• To follow up delivery schedule and ensure timely and continuity of supply
• To monitor supplier’s delivery performance and evaluation
• To work closely with crosses functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements.
• Perform supplier sourcing, evaluation, assessment and selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, vendor relationship management and continuous improvement for the company.
• Supervise the store personnel and ensure an effective and efficient store management (included goods receives, storages and goods issuances).
• Maintain and upkeep a good vendor management system.
• Source for new parts, materials, services or suppliers when the need arises.
• Participate in purchasing reports preparation.
• Perform data analysis for improvements in purchasing and store operation.
• To carry out other purchasing duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields or equivalent from any accredited University.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Excellent in computer skills such as MS Office application (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Outlook, Google Sheets.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem solver and planner with organizational and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• (1) Full-Time position available.
