Full Job Description
Our Photographer are also responsible for the production of all eCommerce imagery including model and still life images on a weekly basis as well as some creative content shoots that might include lifestyle, Brand, social media and editorial photography.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
Expertise in shooting skills and models, as well as social media photography
Experience with a variety of products from Fashion to Beauty & Trend.
Confident in styling Skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a flexible timing and can meet given time frame
Experience in editing and retouching
Strong communicator
Shoot high quality product shots and video at high volumes for use across the Brand’s eCommerce platform, consistent with product photography style guide
Manage all pre-production administration including but not limited to coordinating receipt of items into the studio for shooting and delivery back to stock rooms post production
Develop and implement a process with the receiving team to ensure a streamlined product photography process for new items
Upload of photographs & data sheet to online system, encode details to the database & social medias
Uploaded images to organisation and provide progress reports, ensuring they are maintained regularly
Organise the image database to enable ease of access for other departments when needed Maintain and monitor all product images used on the website, ensuring that they remain visually in keeping with the Brand and are of a high standard
Research current styles and online trends within product photography for development and growth of the Brand’s eCommerce platform
Research best practices and experiment with new ideas in an effort to streamline processes and procedures and keep website aesthetic fresh and enticing to online shoppers
Edit images using adobe tools to a consistent high standard in line with current guidelines and ensure colour consistency between images
Maintain communication with the receiving team, buying team on incoming merchandise, inventory levels, and online availability
Ensure effective communication between the photography studio and relevant teams in the business
Provide support to the eCommerce development and design team as needed

Essential Responsibilities
E-Commerce Admin Assistant
Provide general administrative/clerical duties and support
Receiving, recording, organising and storing of stocks, ensuring that products are safely and properly stored in office
Monthly stock take
Handle ecommerce orders/returns and inquiries in efficient manner
Packing and stocks allocation to stores (allocation/consolidation)
Purchasing office supplies & equipment
Handling of mails and phone calls, include walk-in guests
To perform related job assignments as and when assigned by Manager
Requirements:
Responsible, focused, meticulous, highly organised & motivated team player with a positive attitude
Computer Literacy e.g Microsoft office (MS Word and MS Excel)
Basic knowledge of accounting, preferred
Ability to work independently
Immediate / Short notice period are preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Web Development team to identify web systems needs and solutions
Configure, design, and develop solutions including key integrations to 3rd party solutions
Coach and train business users on proper use of the system
Monitor and track system processing and performance indicators to ensure business requirements are being met
Participate on project teams to deliver new functionality
Maintain state of the art understanding of website and mobile platform capabilities
Work closely with Salesforce and other 3rd party solutions providers to enhance our business capabilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-3+ years’ experience working with Demandware or related Ecommerce platform
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Integration experience
Experience working with IT vendors, 3rd party resources, including off shore
Working knowledge of retail industry, with multi-channel retailers a significant plus
Proven analytic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent teamwork, communication, and project lifecycle skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
