PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Job Description» Employment Opportunity in AZAD FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD, Johor, Malaysia

1. To carry out and comply with regulations, company’s SOPs and ISO 22000.
2. To ensure manufacturing process runs smoothly and efficiently.
3. Creating and managing team schedules by setting daily/weekly/monthly work routine.
4. Ensure all process and work flow are followed or implemented as per management decision.
5. Check production output according to specification and update report to superior.
6. Ensure the safe use of equipment and coordinate with technician for machinery maintenance.
7. Training new employees to safely use machinery and production process flow.
8. Evaluating workers performance and providing feedbacks to superior
9. Responsible to handle, solve and rectify issues and dispute arises.
10. To ensure cleanliness at production floor. To plan duty roaster.
11. To ensure safe environment for all workers.
12. Prepare management report as and when needed.
13. To supervise student on relevant internship. Verify report prepared by student.
14. To verify leaves, overtime, and claims for workers
15. To adhere and perform task as instructed by superior.
