Your Role and Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations

• Provides leadership to the service delivery team and provide direction to the teams to develop program, project, product, and business strategies, implementing resulting solutions to meet contract deliverables

• Ensuring client needs are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the Internal Delivery teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractor organizations, and managing the implementation of these partnerships to ensure positive customer satisfaction

• Responsible for managing client satisfaction – Building client satisfaction through leadership on formulation, development, implementation, and delivery of application, technical, and business solutions, responding to client requirements as specified in the contract or Statement of Work

• Responsible for the revenue, cost of the projects for end to end delivery

• Develop and implement continuous improvement processes across the groups through frequent project reviews and business partner feedback

• Define and resolve problem situations and evaluate associated risks. Proactively develop and implement Risk Management plans to mitigate problems

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of customers strategy, objectives, critical success factors, competition, and industry trends to ensure quality delivery of services.
• Implemented customer satisfaction programs to ensure services were on a continuous improvement plan.
• Led the teams to reduce cycle time, eliminate defects, and improve time to delivery
• Successfully managed overall cost, schedule, and service deliverables
• Strong interest in automation, analytics, and cognitive computing
• Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ITIL Processes
• Understanding of root cause analysis as appropriate and can define action plans and track to closure
