Key Job Functions:
Actively be involved in the sale of residential properties on behalf of owners.
Follow proper documentation process for every
transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
Arranging appointment with clients
Professional listing advertisement with pictures and videos
Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
Stay focused in your area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings.
Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or properties for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties with the marketing team.
Assess buyers’ needs and locate properties for their consideration.
Always give options to buyers for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.
Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale.
Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week
Pay: AED2,522.70 – AED14,294.98 per month

Experience in Real Estate
Excellent communication skills in English, French, Arabic, German, Russian, Hindi, Urdu, Iranian, Chinese is a plus ( minimum 2 from list)
Sufficient work knowledge in MS Office
Valid UAE Driving license
Should have strong Sales skills
Should have dealt with high NetWorth individuals
CANDIDATES BASED OUTSIDE UAE WILL NOT BE CONTACTED.
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid UAE Driving license
