R&D Food Industry: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Involve in new product development in areas of formulation, material-sourcing, product trial, sensory test, quality analysis and manufacturing process.
Evaluation of product’s performance through customer’s feedback and visit, working together with production department to improve the formulation and production quality.
Prepare new product sample as requested.
Upkeep and maintain R & D database of experimental trials, raw materials and other relevant information.
Sourcing and identification of new raw materials for cost down, production and quality improvement.
To ensure proper documentation control of forms and records in compliance to HACCP and GMP.
To prepare monthly report.
To perform other related duties as assigned by superior.
