Job Details Position: REAL ESTATE AGENT / BROKER (COMMISSION BASIS ONLY)
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
We are looking for Real Estate Agents /Property consultants Willing to work on a commission basis ,No salary / commission up to 50%.
REAL ESTATE AGENT / BROKER : Job Requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Ability to commute/relocate:
Essential Responsibilities
Applicants must have the following:
Driving license and own transport
1-2 years of Real Estate agent experience is a MUST
Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail an existing client base of previous rental and sales deals
Ability to compare properties to determine a competitive market price.
Confidence to take prospective buyers or renters to see properties
Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Create lists for real estate sale properties.
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction. Interpersonal Skills Required: Proactive
Honest, enthusiastic and trustworthy
Friendly and pleasant Personality
RERA Certification is an advantage.
