Receptionist : Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any inquiries visitors may have.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure reception and all common areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain office cleanliness and security by following safety procedures.
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Assist in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day operations, including data entry, incoming, outgoing, scanning, distribution, and documentation, and arranging meeting room.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 9 per week
Salary: From RM2,000.00 per month

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
