We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our frontdesk on a daily basis and provide administrative support and coordinate frontdesk activities.

THE JOB :
Handle walk-in customers and phone inquiries
Fixing and booking appointments of customers
Provide excellent customer service
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
At least 6months to 1-year related experience
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs
Experience in retail or telemarketing is a plus
Flexible and willing to work on certain weekends and public holidays
Active and cheerful characteristics
Preferably those without need for work passes
