This is a midlevel remote-based role. The role involves working with recruitment coordinator, candidates and recruitment manager. If you are an energetic, pro-active adn looking for challenges then you are the one we are looking for. You would be working for an international recruitment firm based in Dubai.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Essential Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Studying requirements of a job.
- Preparing interview questionnaire.
- Interviewing candidates through MS Teams / Zoom.
- Coordinate with Recruitment coordinators / Recruitment managers.
- Update Evaluation sheets.
- Correspond in emails / WhatsApp with the stakeholders
- Sending status reports regularly to MD.
Required Qualification / Skills / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Fluent in English a must.
- Be smart, accurate and pro-active.
- Be perfect on timing.
- Communicate flawlessly with all the individuals.
- Prior remote work experience.
- Proficient in LinkedIn.
- Must be able to contribute 20 hours a week.
