The Recruitment Assistant supports the Recruitment Team and works with STEMCELL’s hiring managers in all aspects of the recruitment process. This role provides an opportunity to support, contribute and produce results by streamlining our processes with candidate experience in mind. This position requires top-notch administrative skills to ensure that high quality is achieved and maintained during the recruitment process.
Recruitment Assistant : Job Responsibilities and Work Requirements

- Support recruiters and hiring managers in organizing candidate interviews (in-person/virtual and phone), travel requirements (as needed), completing reference checks
