Job title: CELPIP and CAEL Test Day Support Representative (part time, remote)
Reports to: Support Team Lead
Department: Test Centre Operations
Location: Remote
Start date: As soon as possible
Pay rate: RM20/hour
Position status: Part time
POSITION SUMMARY
This entry-level position works under the guidance and supervision of the Support Team Lead to provide administrative support and tier 1 technical support for all CELPIP and CAEL tests delivered through Prometric’s array of test centres, ensuring that they are well prepared and that they meet Prometric’s high standards.
Please note that weekday, weekend, morning, and evening working schedules are required. Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and being comfortable working with technology is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering questions about policies and procedures on the phone
- Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to test delivery
- Preparing test packages and materials for test delivery
- Ensuring tests start on time and all results are received
- Processing and reviewing test packages for discrepancies, errors, and other issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- SPM/Diploma/Degree is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in troubleshooting computer-related issues
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong eye for detail
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings. Shifts are between four and eight hours long and can be scheduled Monday to Sunday.
