Research Manager: Work Requirements

JOB ROLE –

• Help to manage internal systems for the storage/deletion of prospect research, adhering to data protection, and ensuring consistency and integrity of research. Creating new solutions by fusing literature, research, expert opinion, policy, and analytical insights.
• Use a variety of research resources to interpret information, and to create long or short research projects as required.
• Handle projects, teams and exercise appropriate tact, discretion and confidentiality in all matters along with managing, mentoring, guiding, developing and training assistants under his/her supervision.

ELIGIBILITY –

• Master’s or higher degree in psychology or a related field.
• Is a self-starter with the willingness to take on major responsibility.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS and/or other) with strong knowledge of research and guidelines by different ethical bodies.
• Excellent management and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge about paper publication protocols.
• 1-3 years of experience working as a statistician, researcher or analyst on programs or activities in the field of research and statistics.
