Essential Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders.
- To greet customers with the utmost courtesy and escort customers to their tables.
- Making menu recommendations and upselling the food and beverage of the restaurant.
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Communicating effectively with customers.
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
- To handle payment transactions
- Clearing and tables and setting up tables on a daily basis
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant are kept to the standard
- Communicate customer feedback to the manager
Requirements
- Pleasant personality and tidy appearance.
- Positive and approachable manner.
- Customer service skills and knowledge.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
