GREEN PHARMACY is currently supporting a virtual work environment; however, this is a contract position and is only open to candidates residing in European & South American time zones.
RETAIL ASSISTANT: Job Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
1. A customer service representative who supports the day-to-day business operations of the retail store in meeting sales target/KPIs in line with business objectives
2. Support in replenishing out of stock items on the display and assist in any ad-hoc/periodic stock-take and/or stock count exercise
3. Attend to customer’s inquiries in a professional manner, helping customers, in identifying and purchasing required products
4. Involve in cashier duties & handling sales transactions – payment collection, claims, invoicing and billing matters
5. Report and work together as a team with the reporting manager in managing
6. Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
7. Ensure pharmacy operates in orderly manner to ensure compliance of SOP such as COVID-19 SOP, company policies, processes and procedures at all times
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time
.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must possess at least SPM
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
3. Candidates who are able to start immediately is highly recommended
4. Enjoy working in retail working hour including weekends, public holiday and rotational shift
5. Responsible individual, willing to learn and a fast learner
6. Has a positive attitude, polite and good communication to deal with the customer
7. Medically healthy with good attendance
8. Have own transport and accommodation.
