Main Responsibilities
· Creating, activating, and posting across social media channels;

· Coordinating projects with other departments as they relate to marketing and communications;

· Supporting the company by attending and promoting local events;

· Developing engaging social media campaigns;

· Providing support in education planning;

· Assisting with marketing strategies as needed;

· Liaising with staff and students as it relates to marketing and communications projects;

· On-camera event hosting/recording, when needed (Q&A, education news, short videos, webinars, etc.);

· Preparing write ups about special events, such as local education news, student/staff/faculty spotlights, school activities, etc.;

· Understand the latest education requirements within North America, and be able to promote the company;

· Distributing marketing material online and offline as needed;

· Assisting in providing materials for newsletters, reports, and other materials as required by

management;

· Support the director with other specific projects/tasks as required.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in related fields

· 2+ year experience in an marketing, administrative or related role

· Fluent in English and Mandarin

· Familiar with WeChat Official Account, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Youtube, etc.

· Strong writing and communication skills

· Superior time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

· Strong adaptability to work independently and within a team

· Proficient with Microsoft Word; experience with Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset

· Previous experience in education industry would be an asset

· Passion and knowledge in education industry would be a bonus

Schedules
· Part time

· Start as soon as possible

· Work in office

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
