Essential Responsibilities
Job title: Sales Executive
Job type: full-time

Job purpose:
Provide excellence in customer service
Execute all required daily operational tasks of the store ensuring 100% compliance with the
company’s procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the key performance indicators of the store
Participation in the company’s training programs to develop knowledge, skills and
competencies required for professional development.
Principal accountabilities:
Greets and welcomes all customers who enter the store
Assist customers in locating merchandise
Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing etc)
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Ensures clear and pertinent communication of ongoing promotions
Ensures promotion materials in store are up to date and in impeccable conditions
Presents merchandise upon request
Stocks shelves and furniture with merchandising as per merchandising rules
Collects merchandise from warehouse upon request
Creates customer profile forms with impeccable field filling
Executes all steps of successful customer profile creation
Ensures customer card is issued as per system requirements
Processes cash and card payments
Answers and conducts telephone conversations as per company’s procedures
Ensures complete and infallible follow through of all customer’s requests
Attend to customer’s queries
Responsible to achieve the sales target set by the Store Manager
Fully participate in all sales activities including promotions, sales events etc
Handling customer service, auditing
Assists in pricing activities
Executes tasks as assigned during stock control activities as per company’s rules
Receives, unpacks, scans and stores stock as per company’s rules
Transfers stock and materials as per company’s rules
Ensures cleanliness of the store, including hovering and mopping when requested
Ensures complaints, refunds and exchanges are solved and follow up with the store
manager
Immediately reports discrepancies and problems to store manager
Participates in the ongoing daily operational activities of the store as requested by
the store manager
Ensures all fire exits and escape routes are kept free from obstruction * Ensures compliance with all HR forms for individual matter
Skills/ Knowledge:
Academic Qualifications: Primary/Secondary School/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
EXPERIENCE: At least 2- 4 years working experience in retails and understanding the retail sales process
REQUIREMENTS: Good communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships. Excellent customer service. Full-Time position(s) available

Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,001.00 per month
