Full Job Description
Welcomes customers by greeting and offering them assistance.
· Directs customers by escorting them to the counters suggesting items.
· Advises customers by providing information on products.
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence offering suggestions and opinions.
· Documents sale by creating or updating customer profile records.
· Follow up and Follow through on all the complaints of customers
· Follow up on inquiries from existing and new customers
· Handle the channel network such that our products are available at consumption points at all times.
· Generate secondary sales – techno commercial discussion at sub-dealers, traders and end users
· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
· Search for and develop new customers within existing customer segments
· Create Minutes of Meetings for the clients and the customers.
· Get Feedbacks on the products from the customers and the clients
· Provide management with information regarding the market ( activity of customers and competitors , potential of risks and chances for the business ).
· Prepare daily report to the Management.
· Content creator for the product marketing and sales in the website, social media and visual advertisements.
