Sales Support Executive: Work Requirements
- Job in brief : Provide administrative and managerial support for the field sales staff. The ideal candidate will understand the customer requirements first for trading or manufactured products. Then s/he will identify the product codes, identify the prices, make quotations, send quotes and follow-up. S/he will be making invoices and sending to customers and follow up for recovery. Role: Sales Support Executive

Key Skills:
· Minimum one year experience in back-office sales
· Ability to read and understand product codes of different parts and components that are marketed by Cyrus ISPL from the reference database, identify the prices and make offers for these products
· General awareness of the relevant industry segment, spread in Pune and Maharashtra, manufacturing processes etc.
· Proficiency in MSO, Proficiency in MS Excel and Ms Power point, internet search.
· Ability to analyse relevant data and generate reports for MIS every month based on different indicators
· Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills
· Team player and decision-making skills
Major responsibilities:
· Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings, and sales appointments, and following up with customers about their order status. Scheduling customer meetings and conferences.
· Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems.
· Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
· Compiling a daily list of sales leads generated, addressing the leads and follow up
· Support seniors for identifying monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, tracking performance and compiling reports.
· Recording sales trends and Supporting seniors for developing marketing and sales strategy.
· Handling administrative sales related tasks and reporting any unusual activity to your supervisors.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
